• Orders up to A$1,000: Flat shipping fee of A$14.95.

• Orders over A$1,000: Complimentary white-glove delivery within selected Sydney postcodes. For deliveries outside this area or bulky freight items, we provide a custom delivery quote after your order is confirmed.

Free White-Glove Delivery 

Be A Little are pleased to offer a free white-glove delivery service across selected postcodes in Sydney, NSW for purchases over $1000.

This includes delivery, assembly, placement of furniture and removal of packaging.

We are committed to ensuring that your furniture arrives in perfect condition and that you can enjoy a seamless and stress-free experience.

Things to check off

• Double check that there’s enough space at the delivery location for your furniture.
• If the items are being delivered to a location other than ground level, please specify if there’s an elevator or staircase.
• Check that pathways, doorways and other entry points such as an elevator, are clear and accessible for delivery.
• Ensure you’ve considered any vehicle restrictions at the delivery location, such as height limits. 
• Confirm if there is sufficient parking at the location for delivery.
• Inform us if there are any last-minute planned road works, or obstruction of access on the day the items are being delivered.

Shipping Outside Sydney 

Delivery is available for areas outside of Sydney.

Recipient Presence;

For a successful delivery, please ensure there is someone present at the delivery address to accept the goods and sign off on the completed installation.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, our team will be in contact for an alternative solution.

Changes to Delivery; 

If you need to make any changes to your delivery, such as date, time or address, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date/time.

We may need to adjust delivery dates or times ourselves due to unexpected circumstances. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible
on Policy to provide details of the countries in which these entities are located.

In this Warranty:

We, us, or our means Sentumar Investments Pty Ltd T/A Be A Little (ACN 649 556 150) and our contact details are set out at the end of this warranty;

You, or your means the person, organisation or entity purchasing the Goods from us.

Goods means the product or equipment supplied to you by us, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions and which were purchased in Australia.

Residential Client means a client purchasing the Goods for personal, household or domestic use.

Commercial Client means a business client purchasing the Goods for commercial or professional use.

This warranty is attached to and forms part of Terms and Conditions.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty

• We provide this Warranty to you in addition to any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law (Consumer Law Rights).

Subject to the terms of this Warranty, our Goods come with the following limited warranty for the parts and periods set out below:

• If during the Warranty Period outlined above (Warranty Period) a part proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials, we will, at our discretion, either resupply the Goods or replace the defective part of the Goods. Your Consumer Law Rights may extend beyond the Warranty Period.
• If any material or parts required to facilitate any repair or replacement pursuant to clause 1.2 are unavailable or no longer in production, or your model of Goods is no longer available or in production, we will use our best endeavours to use appropriate equivalent materials, parts, features or model. 

Making a valid warranty claim

To claim the benefit of this Warranty, you must:

• notify us by email as soon as you become aware that the Goods are defective and in any event, within 14 days of when you become aware that the Goods are defective with evidence of proof of purchase of your Goods from us and a description and photographs of the claimed defect;
• if required, allow us sufficient access to your property to inspect your Goods;
• if we ask you to, you must return to return the Goods together with all packaging, parts, accessories and documentation to the contact details set out below; and
• provide any other information reasonably required by us to assess your claim.
• Where you return the Goods as part of a Warranty claim under this clause 2.1, you will need to cover any associated costs of you returning the Goods to us and where we find the Goods are covered by this Warranty, we will refund the associated costs of you returning the product to us.
• This Warranty does not apply to cushions, fabrics, pillows, frame finishes, wicker materials, glass and ceramics.
• Where we accept your claim under this Warranty, clause 1.2 will apply.

When this warranty applies and when it does not

This Warranty does not cover any defect which is caused (or partly caused) or contributed to, by any:

• act or omission, accident, or negligence by you or any third party not engaged by us (including any third party installer of your Goods);
• failure on your part to follow any instructions or guidelines (including any manual) provided by us or the manufacturer in relation to your Goods or properly maintain your Goods in accordance with any of our instructions or guidelines (including any manual);
• use of your Goods otherwise than for any application or use specified by us or the manufacturer;
• continued use of your Goods (where such use is not reasonable) after any defect in your Goods becomes apparent or would have become apparent to a reasonably prudent person;
• incorporation or installation of fixtures, appliances or other items into your Goods;
• failure by you to notify us of any defect in your Goods within a reasonable period of time after you become aware of or ought to have reasonably become aware of the relevant defect;
• reasonable wear and tear of your Goods, including tampering and natural ageing of wood such as greying, erosion of the surface, checking;
• act of God or force majeure event (including but not limited to war, riot, invasion, act of terrorism, contamination, earthquake, flood, fire, or other natural disaster, or any other event or circumstance beyond our or the manufacturer's reasonable control); or
• installation, repair, replacement, maintenance, altering, overhauling or otherwise compromise of the Goods by you or any person other than us or the manufacturer.
• Additional Expenses: Any services requested by you to be performed by us (including any work or services that are additional to repairs carried out by us pursuant to clause 1.2 and deemed by us to not be covered under this Warranty may incur additional charges, which we will advise you of prior to commencing those additional work or services. We are under no obligation to perform any additional services that you may request.

General

• Terms and Conditions prevails;This Warranty is subject to the Terms and Conditions and in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between this Warranty and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will prevail.
• This Warranty is only valid and enforceable in Australia and is governed by the laws of New South Wales. 
• No third party reliance: The benefit of this Warranty is for you only, and no other person or third party can rely on or make a claim under this Warranty.
• No Assignment or transfer: This Warranty or the benefit under this Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any other person or third party.
• Severance: If any provision of this Warranty is held to be void, invalid or illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision is to be read down as narrowly as necessary to allow it to be valid or enforceable, failing which, that provision (or part of that provision) will be severed from this Warranty without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder of that provision or the other provisions in this Agreement.

At Be A Little, we are committed to transparency and to complying with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

• We do not accept returns for change of mind or other circumstances.

• We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

• However, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACL if your product is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.

Order Cancellations

• Once an order is placed and confirmed on our site, it cannot be cancelled.

• In very limited circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may agree to process a cancellation request.

• Subject to your rights under the ACL, you will not be entitled to a refund of any payments already made.

Custom Orders

• Custom orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• Lead times provided are estimates only and may vary.

• Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced, except as required by the ACL.

• Any modifications requested after production has started may incur additional charges and delays.

Clearance, Display & ‘As-Is’ Items

• Products sold as clearance, display models, or ‘as-is’ are final sale.

• These items are sold in their current condition without warranty and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except as required by the ACL.

Wrong Item or Non-Delivery

• If you receive the wrong product, or your order does not arrive, please notify us immediately.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your ACL rights.

Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

• A repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Contact us at hello@bali.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

3. We will confirm next steps, including whether the product needs to be returned and where to send it.

Return Costs

• Customers are responsible for covering the initial return delivery costs.

• If your claim is valid under the ACL, we will:

  • Refund your return delivery costs; and

  • Depending on the issue, either:

    • Provide a new or repaired replacement product, or

    • Refund you the purchase price.

Refund Processing Times

• Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Warranty Against Defects

In addition to your ACL rights, our products are warranted to be free from defects in line with our Warranty Against Defects Policy, available on our website.
