Free White-Glove Delivery 

Be A Little are pleased to offer a free white-glove delivery service across selected postcodes in Sydney, NSW for purchases over $1000.

This includes delivery, assembly, placement of furniture and removal of packaging.

We are committed to ensuring that your furniture arrives in perfect condition and that you can enjoy a seamless and stress-free experience.

Things to check off

  • Double check that there’s enough space at the delivery location for your furniture.
  • If the items are being delivered to a location other than ground level, please specify if there’s an elevator or staircase.
  • Check that pathways, doorways and other entry points such as an elevator, are clear and accessible for delivery.
  • Ensure you’ve considered any vehicle restrictions at the delivery location, such as height limits. 
  • Confirm if there is sufficient parking at the location for delivery.
  • Inform us if there are any last-minute planned road works, or obstruction of access on the day the items are being delivered.

Shipping Outside Sydney 

Delivery is available for areas outside of Sydney.

Contact us for a quote, or we will follow up with you after your order is placed.

    Delivery Timelines

    Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.

    If there are any goods that may not be available for immediate delivery, we will notify you.

    Delivery timelines may vary based on location and delivery conditions.

    While we aim to deliver within the given timeframe, sometimes there can be unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions that can cause delays.

    We will keep you updated if there are any suspected or unexpected delays.

      Additional Information 

      Recipient Presence;

      For a successful delivery, please ensure there is someone present at the delivery address to accept the goods and sign off on the completed installation.

      If no one is available at the time of delivery, our team will be in contact for an alternative solution.

        Changes to Delivery; 

        If you need to make any changes to your delivery, such as date, time or address, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date/time.

        We may need to adjust delivery dates or times ourselves due to unexpected circumstances. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible
        on Policy to provide details of the countries in which these entities are located.
