Refunds & Returns Policy
At Be A Little, we are committed to transparency and to complying with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind or other circumstances.

However, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACL if your product is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed on our site, it cannot be cancelled.

In very limited circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may agree to process a cancellation request.

Subject to your rights under the ACL, you will not be entitled to a refund of any payments already made.
Custom Orders

Custom orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Lead times provided are estimates only and may vary.

Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced, except as required by the ACL.

Any modifications requested after production has started may incur additional charges and delays.
Clearance, Display & ‘As-Is’ Items

Products sold as clearance, display models, or ‘as-is’ are final sale.

These items are sold in their current condition without warranty and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except as required by the ACL.
Wrong Item or Non-Delivery

If you receive the wrong product, or your order does not arrive, please notify us immediately.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your ACL rights.
Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

A repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us at hello@bali.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

We will confirm next steps, including whether the product needs to be returned and where to send it.
Return Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the initial return delivery costs.

If your claim is valid under the ACL, we will:

Refund your return delivery costs; and
-
Depending on the issue, either:

Provide a new or repaired replacement product, or
-
Refund you the purchase price.

Refund Processing Times
-
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Warranty Against Defects
In addition to your ACL rights, our products are warranted to be free from defects in line with our Warranty Against Defects Policy, available on our website.
